These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the owner and operator of the intelldom platform (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the person or entity accessing or using the platform (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “User”).

By creating an account, completing your registration, or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Overview of the Service

Intelldom is a software automation platform designed for Telegram channel administrators and content creators: it aggregates content from user-specified sources, drafts publications using external large language models (LLMs), runs automated factual consistency checks, and publishes approved materials to your connected channels via your designated Telegram bot.

2. Account Eligibility and Security

• Eligibility: By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have attained the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and possess full legal authority to manage the Telegram channels and digital assets you connect to intelldom.

• Account Security: Account authentication is protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) via an authenticator app. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your 2FA credentials, session tokens, and emergency backup codes. Sharing your account credentials or transferring access to third parties is strictly prohibited.

• Account Activation: To safeguard service reputation and prevent automated spam, newly registered accounts require manual approval by an administrator before automated functions activate. Prior to approval, you may configure bots, channels, and feeds, but draft generation and posting remain inactive. Accounts registered via personal invitation links are activated immediately. We reserve the right to decline or suspend registration requests at our sole discretion without providing prior explanation.

3. Connected Channels and Telegram Bots

• API Integration: Posts are published exclusively through your designated Telegram bot within channels where that bot has administrative rights. Your bot token is stored in our database exclusively in encrypted form using symmetric AES-256-GCM encryption. You may revoke, update, or delete your bot token in the dashboard at any time.

• Approval Workflow: intelldom does not publish drafts to your channels without your explicit pre-approval in the dashboard, unless you have deliberately enabled automated scheduling and auto-approval mode for that specific channel.

• Third-Party Platform Rules: You agree to strictly adhere to the Telegram Terms of Service and the Telegram Bot API rules. intelldom shall not be held liable for any sanctions, rate-limiting, shadowbanning, or administrative bans imposed on your channels or bots by Telegram.

4. Content, Artificial Intelligence, and Editorial Responsibility

• Nature of Generative AI: Content drafts are generated via probabilistic algorithms of third-party large language models. While our platform incorporates verification pipelines to validate source quotes, figures, and hyperlinks against original materials, we do not guarantee the absolute factual accuracy, completeness, or reliability of generated content. Generated outputs do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

• Editorial Ownership: The final decision to approve and publish content rests solely with you. You bear full editorial responsibility for any content released to your channels (whether published manually or through automated approval workflows).

• Intellectual Property Rights: As between you and intelldom, all intellectual property rights in the generated drafts and finalized posts belong to you, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable copyright laws and the commercial policies of third-party AI model providers.

• Legal Compliance: You are strictly responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where you operate and where your audience resides (including mandatory advertising disclosures, labeling of promotional content, and intellectual property/copyright laws regarding text and images).

• Prohibited Conduct: You may not use intelldom to:

  • generate or distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam), phishing campaigns, or fraudulent schemes;

  • create, host, or disseminate hate speech, harassment, defamatory content, extremist propaganda, or illegal materials;

  • infringe upon the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights of any third party;

  • reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, breach rate limits, or compromise the infrastructure and security mechanisms of the platform.

• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless intelldom, its owner, affiliates, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal and attorney fees) arising out of or related to your channel content, your use of the platform, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Plans, Billing, and Fair Use

• Free Trial: A 14-day free trial commences upon account activation and does not require payment card details. Following the trial, automated draft generations pause; no recurring charges will ever occur unless you voluntarily purchase a subscription.

• Subscription Tiers: Tier specifications and resource quotas (connected channels, draft generation limits, user seats) are detailed on our Pricing Page and in the platform dashboard. Commercial language model API consumption costs are included in subscription pricing.

• Fair Use Policy: Included model computing resources are provisioned for ordinary editorial activities. We reserve the right to temporarily rate-limit, queue, or restrict generation requests if your account exhibits abnormal automated loop behavior, continuous bulk scripting, or excessive resource consumption exceeding customary usage patterns.

• Merchant of Record: Subscriptions and add-on packs are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom) as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is executed directly with Paddle. Paddle assesses, collects, and remits applicable statutory taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax) according to your local jurisdiction. Transactions are subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) at the prevailing tier price until cancelled.

• Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel auto-renewal at any time via: Dashboard → “Plan” / “Billing” → “Manage Subscription”. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current prepaid billing cycle. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Billing and Refund Policy and Paddle’s policies.

• Tier Modifications: Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing adjustments. Downgrades take effect upon the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle.

• Grace Period for Failed Payments: In the event of a failed subscription renewal charge, intelldom provides a 7-calendar-day grace period during which service operations continue uninterrupted while you update your payment method. If payment is not completed within 7 days, draft generation pauses; previously approved scheduled posts continue to publish, and account settings remain preserved.

• Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Price revisions do not affect current active billing terms and apply only to subsequent billing cycles following advance notice sent to your registered email address.

6. Suspension and Account Termination

• Suspension by intelldom: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in unlawful activities, compromise system integrity, or upon formal directives from regulatory authorities.

• Voluntary Account Deletion: You may permanently terminate and delete your account at any time via: Dashboard → “Account” → “Delete Account”. Account deletion irrevocably erases your platform configurations and data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• “As Is” Disclaimer: intelldom is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

• Third-Party Outages: We shall not be held liable for service interruptions, data losses, or delays resulting from outages across Telegram services, network carriers, hosting infrastructure, source website feeds (RSS/web APIs), or upstream AI model providers (including Google Gemini).

• Exclusion of Consequential Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall intelldom or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, audience loss, channel bans, business disruption, or loss of goodwill.

• Aggregate Liability Cap: The total aggregate financial liability of intelldom arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform shall in no circumstances exceed the total fees actually paid by you to intelldom during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Informal Resolution: In the event of any controversy or dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith informal negotiations. Formal written claims must be submitted to support@intelldom.com; we will address and respond within 30 calendar days.

• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, excluding conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at the registered seat of the service owner.

• Modifications to Terms: We may periodically update these Terms. The updated revision will be published on this page with an amended effective date. For material modifications that affect your statutory rights or core service terms, we will provide at least 14 days’ advance notice via an in-app notice or by email.
