1. Who Is the Seller
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (United Kingdom) as the Merchant of Record. This means your contract of sale is concluded directly with Paddle: Paddle processes your payment, issues invoices and receipts, handles applicable statutory taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax), and administers refund requests.
intelldom acts as the digital service provider fulfilling the platform functionality. Service owner details and customer support contact:
- IE Evgeny Savchenko (AIPractics) — individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia
- Registration number: 328900159
- Registered address: v. Mashavera, Dmanisi region, Georgia
- Enquiries: support@intelldom.com
Because transactions are processed by Paddle, charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear with the prefix PADDLE.NET*, followed by our designated merchant descriptor: PADDLE.NET* IEEVGENYM (the name “intelldom” will not be listed). If paid via PayPal, the transaction appears as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.
If a charge appears unfamiliar or if you have questions regarding an invoice amount, please reach out to us at support@intelldom.com or contact Paddle Buyer Support first. Direct inquiries are resolved significantly faster than bank disputes or chargebacks.
Your transaction with the seller is governed by:
This intelldom policy clarifies how our service operates in conjunction with Paddle and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through the dashboard:
Dashboard → “Billing” / “Plan” → “Manage Subscription”.
-
Effective Period: Cancellation stops recurring charges for future billing cycles. Your paid access remains active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
-
Timing Recommendation: To prevent unwanted renewals, we recommend submitting a cancellation request at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date.
-
Refunds on Cancellation: Simply canceling a subscription via the dashboard disables future recurring charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for previously billed periods (see Section 3 for refund instructions).
Once the billing cycle concludes, draft generation and automated scheduling will pause. Your saved project settings, channel credentials, connected feeds, and draft archives remain safe in your account. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, you may do so separately via: Dashboard → “Account” → “Delete Account”.
3. Refunds
Refund requests are handled through Paddle’s billing infrastructure using one of the following methods:
-
Through the support link provided in your email purchase receipt (sent by Paddle upon payment);
-
Directly within the subscription management portal in your intelldom dashboard;
-
At the official buyer portal on paddle.net (EU/EEA consumers can utilize the cancellation/withdrawal portal directly).
Eligibility and Timeframes
Refund eligibility and statutory cancellation periods depend on your country of residence and are governed by applicable consumer laws and the Paddle Refund Policy:
-
For customers residing in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), and certain other jurisdictions, a 14-day statutory cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase.
-
Customers in other jurisdictions are subject to the specific timeframes detailed in Paddle’s terms (e.g., 7-day or 5-day windows where applicable).
-
For recurring subscriptions, the statutory cooling-off right of withdrawal applies to the initial billing charge, not to subsequent automated renewals.
-
One-time Purchases (Credit / Token Packs): Refunds for one-time token or balance top-ups are only eligible if the purchased credit balance remains unused.
intelldom Policy on Refunds
We do not contest refund requests filed within the statutory timeframes established by Paddle’s policy. When notified by Paddle, we confirm and approve the refund, except in cases of clear platform abuse.
Platform abuse includes, but is not limited to:
-
consuming a substantial portion of monthly AI model token limits or automated generation quotas immediately prior to requesting a refund;
-
repeatedly subscribing, running bulk content generations, and subsequently requesting charge reversals;
-
violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
Upon completion of a refund, access to paid subscription features will be revoked immediately.
4. Technical Support and Troubleshooting
If automated posting fails, bot tokens do not connect, or you experience technical issues with draft generation, please contact us at support@intelldom.com. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days and resolve the vast majority of issues without requiring plan cancellation.
If a technical issue cannot be resolved, you may proceed with a refund request through Paddle, referencing your support ticket with us.
5. Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial provides full platform access, requires no payment card, and creates no pre-authorization holds.
At the conclusion of your trial, no charges will ever occur automatically. Your workspace simply enters a paused state until you voluntarily choose to select a paid plan.
